"My client had an infestation high up under the gable end of her house. We didn't know what they were, so I called Ian from Chew Valley Bristol Pest Control. He came to the house and immediately identified the insects – bumble bees! He explained that they cause no damage and will go away with the first frost of the year. He recommended that after they were gone the hole is blocked up in case wasps come next year to use the venue! My client's mind is now at rest as she knows what the situation is and is also very happy to give these bumble bees a home for the summer."
